We encourage the use of this product on kids above 7 years old onwards and adults as the essential oils are strong. Of course with any of our products, we highly encourage doing a skin patch test for 24 hours to observe for any negative reactions as skin allergies and reactions varies amongst individuals.

Along with supportive and encouraging parents, Zen oil blend is meant to help ease anxiousness and stresses. Essential oil is a way of helping with our emotions but it is also necessary for us to practise positive parenting techniques when our child/children sits for their examinations. In some ways, even as parents, we need the Zen oil to keep our emotions in check and not let our overwhelming emotions affect our relationship and communication with our child/childern.
